What does a seating revision tool do?
It compares a current guest roster and seating assignment with a frozen earlier proof. It identifies added, removed, renamed, moved, or status-changed guests; determines which guest-facing cards and table lists are affected; and prepares replacement materials plus a staff change register.
This desk does not choose seats, interpret dietary or accessibility needs, approve venue capacity, communicate with guests, or send anything to a printer. Those remain human and vendor responsibilities.
