Production control note
What should a seating change register show?
For each changed guest, show the baseline and current attendance, table, and seat; mark whether the difference is guest-facing or staff-only; and list every affected table without copying unnecessary private notes.
Describe, do not infer
The register should say moved from Atlas to Tide or changed to declined, not guess a relationship, health, financial, or personal reason. Preserve the owner’s authoritative source outside the browser project and label every assumption that remains unverified.
Keep identifiers stable
Source keys or stable record IDs help distinguish a renamed guest from a removed person plus an unrelated addition. Review the result as production evidence, not as a recommendation or professional approval; the responsible people remain accountable for the decision.
Share only with authorized recipients
Even a minimal change register contains personal event information and may reveal attendance or associations. Carry this limitation into the proof and handoff so a fresh recipient knows what changed, what was checked, and what still requires human confirmation.
