What should I know before using this seating revision desk?
The desk stores event data in the current browser, compares the current state with an immutable proof, keeps staff-only notes out of guest-facing files, and cannot choose suitable seats or guarantee that any printed or operational output is correct.
Does it upload guest names?
The application does not upload guest records. Optional billing uses an anonymous purchase identifier and declared provider requests. A hosted copy still contacts its static host for application files, and device, browser, extension, backup, and downloaded-file access remain outside the app. Preserve the owner’s authoritative source outside the browser project and label every assumption that remains unverified.
Does a clear preflight mean approved?
No. Structural checks catch missing assignments, overflow, duplicate seat labels, violated host reminders, and proof drift. They cannot verify names, real attendance, placement suitability, service needs, venue facts, or print quality. Review the result as production evidence, not as a recommendation or professional approval; the responsible people remain accountable for the decision.
Why freeze more than one proof?
Each immutable proof preserves a reviewed decision point. Comparing a later current state with the exact proof sent to a printer or coordinator avoids relying on the most recent snapshot by accident. Carry this limitation into the proof and handoff so a fresh recipient knows what changed, what was checked, and what still requires human confirmation.
