Production control note
Which table cards are affected by a moved guest?
Both the table the guest left and the table the guest joined are affected, because each table list must reflect its current occupants; table renames, capacity changes, and global print changes may expand the reprint scope.
Use stable internal IDs
A table name can change while its record identity remains stable. This lets the comparison distinguish a rename from deletion and recreation. Preserve the owner’s authoritative source outside the browser project and label every assumption that remains unverified.
Capacity is declared, not calculated
The tool compares attending assignments with the user-entered capacity. It does not determine safe or legal occupancy. Review the result as production evidence, not as a recommendation or professional approval; the responsible people remain accountable for the decision.
Remove stale sheets
The handoff process should identify which old table materials must be withdrawn, not only which new files to print. Carry this limitation into the proof and handoff so a fresh recipient knows what changed, what was checked, and what still requires human confirmation.
