Back up first
Export and verify a complete checkpoint before troubleshooting or clearing storage. Preserve the owner’s authoritative source outside the browser project and label every assumption that remains unverified.
Describe the problem
Provide non-sensitive reproduction steps and say whether the same problem occurs with the fictional sample. Review the result as production evidence, not as a recommendation or professional approval; the responsible people remain accountable for the decision.
Response expectations
No guaranteed response time is promised. Support does not include a guaranteed response time or professional certification. Carry this limitation into the proof and handoff so a fresh recipient knows what changed, what was checked, and what still requires human confirmation.
