What belongs in a selective reprint plan?
List every guest-facing record that changed, every old and new table touched, any changed table definition or print setting, staff-only changes that do not require guest cards, the chosen baseline proof, and remaining structural findings.
Include both sides of a move
Reprinting only the new table leaves the old table artifact stale. The affected-table union must include both locations. Preserve the owner’s authoritative source outside the browser project and label every assumption that remains unverified.
Escalate global print changes
A heading, paper, density, palette, or sorting change can invalidate the whole pack even when only one guest record moved. Review the result as production evidence, not as a recommendation or professional approval; the responsible people remain accountable for the decision.
Keep no-change meaningful
If structured data matches the baseline, say so without calling the physical print approved or current. Carry this limitation into the proof and handoff so a fresh recipient knows what changed, what was checked, and what still requires human confirmation.
