It does not prove guest identity, spelling, attendance, placement suitability, meal or accessibility handling, relationship safety, venue capacity, fire or building compliance, vendor acceptance, paper size, colour, trimming, print quality, delivery, privacy compliance, or sharing permission.
Input remains user-supplied
The desk validates shape and relationships inside its own data. It has no authoritative guest, venue, printer, caterer, accessibility, or legal data source. Preserve the owner’s authoritative source outside the browser project and label every assumption that remains unverified.
Rules remain reminders
Same-table and different-table reminders capture a host decision. They do not establish why it exists, whether it is appropriate, or whether other unrecorded considerations matter. Review the result as production evidence, not as a recommendation or professional approval; the responsible people remain accountable for the decision.
Print preview is not a physical proof
Browser output can vary by operating system, printer driver, scale, margins, paper, ink, finishing, and vendor workflow. Test the actual device and production path. Carry this limitation into the proof and handoff so a fresh recipient knows what changed, what was checked, and what still requires human confirmation.
