Refund policy

Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and the payment is refunded. Write from the address you paid with, and include the access code shown on your Premium page, so the subscription can be found without an account to look you up in.

The window, exactly

Fourteen days runs from the first payment on a subscription or from a lifetime purchase. Seven days runs from each later renewal of a subscription. The window is counted from the payment date on your receipt, not from the day you first opened the app, because that date is the one both sides can see. A refund inside the window is not conditional on how much of the product you used, and no reason has to be given.

How to ask

One email is the whole process. There is no form, no cancellation flow to complete first, and no support ticket to keep open. Send the address you paid with, the access code, and the word refund. Payment is handled by Stripe through RevenueCat, so the money returns to the card or wallet that paid, on their timetable rather than ours; card refunds commonly take several working days to appear on a statement.

Cancelling, which is not the same thing

Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running to its end. Every receipt email carries a management link that cancels without writing to anybody. A cancellation on its own is not a refund request, and a refund request inside the window also cancels, so you never need to do both.

What a refund does to your work

Your event, guests, tables, notes and proof snapshots stay in this browser. New print files and production packets carry the evaluation stamp again, and CSV registers include the first 25 rows. Editing, roster import, proof snapshots, selective reprint comparison and full checkpoint backup and restore remain free.

Outside the window

A request after the window is read rather than refused on sight. Duplicate charges, a renewal you had already cancelled, a charge you did not recognise, and a fault in the product that stopped it doing what this site says it does are all refunded whenever they are reported. Statutory rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected by anything on this page.
